Intersog Becomes Mobile Development Partner of Innlandet Hospital Trust

Global provider of Agile software development team and software development outsourcing will build innovative web and mobile solutions to facilitate decision making in patient treatment in Norway.

Kyiv, UKRAINE, 11 December, 2013 – Intersog, a global provider of Agile mobile development teams and custom web and mobile solutions, announces the establishment of a new strategic partnership with Innlandet Hospital Trust, one of the leading medical centers in Norway with 10 divisions spread over 41 sites in the counties of Hedmark and Oppland.

mobile app healthcare, web app healthcareHaving conducted an international search for web and mobile development service providers, Innlandet Hospital Trust made a final decision to partner with Intersog for building web and mobile applications to facilitate interaction between doctors and patients in terms of medical treatment, its monitoring and evaluation. Intersog was able to quickly grasp the conceptual framework of the project and concretize the project idea within a short timeframe better than other providers. Other criteria used for partner selection were the overall track record, quality of the initial response and follow-up.

Commenting on the partnership, Øystein Eiring, Head of Department of Knowledge Services at Innlandet Hospital Trust, said:

Within the partnership Intersog will be responsible for developing web and mobile apps to be used by patients and physicians of Innlandet Hospitals for making better decisions in cases when several alternative treatments can apply, and visualizing, monitoring and evaluating / re-evaluating results of such decisions.
